Whoa! And they made an appointment yesterday, came today assessed the damage, left, came back 2 hours later, fixed it and were on their merry way. The damage? A circuit board that apparently controls the fan was non-functional, so they just bought a new one and popped it on. So easy :). Now we have air conditioning, too bad its still nice out and no need to turn it on yet :)
